Then please pay for your merchandise online using the secure payments page provided by Surf Life Saving AustraliaSLSA Payments Page

You can scan and email your completed form to merchandise@longreef.com or mail it to P.O. Box 214, Collaroy NSW 2097. Alternatively, you can drop your form off at the club office on Saturday and Sunday mornings during the surf lfe saving season.
